We’re located at 1425 W Elliot Road, Suite 204, Gilbert, AZ 85233, near the intersection of Elliot Rd and McQueen Rd.

What are your office hours?
Our standard hours are Monday – Friday, with limited Saturday appointments available for established patients.

How early should we arrive for appointments?
New patients are asked to arrive 30 minutes prior to appointment time.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We kindly ask for a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. There is a $50 fee if the appointment is not canceled within 24 hrs.

Do you offer same-day or urgent appointments?
Yes, we accommodate same-day visits for urgent medical needs whenever possible.

What services do you offer?
We offer well-child visits, immunizations, sports physicals, newborn care, developmental screenings, and acute illness visits.

Do you provide telehealth appointments?
Due to most insurances not covering, we are currently not offering telehealth appointments.

Do you give vaccines?
Yes, we provide all recommended childhood vaccinations according to the American Academy of Pediatrics schedule.

Do you do school or sports physicals?
Absolutely — we offer school, camp, and sports physicals year-round.

What should I do if my child is sick after hours?
If it’s an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest children’s emergency center. For non-emergencies, call our office to reach the on-call nurse or physician.

Yes — you may request your preferred provider when scheduling.

How do you handle medical records or referrals?
We coordinate referrals to trusted specialists and can provide records upon a signed release form.

How do you handle prescription refills?
Call your pharmacy or request a refill through our office during business hours. Please allow 24–48 hours for processing.

What is your late-arrival policy?
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling to ensure we stay on time for other families. If there is space after the appointment time, we may be able to accommodate. This is the only way that we can run on time for other patients thru the day as everyone’s time is valuable.

Can siblings be seen at the same time?
Yes — when scheduling, let us know if you’d like back-to-back or combined visits for siblings.

How often should my child have a check-up?
- Infants: at 2 weeks, 2 mo, 4 mo, 6 mo, 9 mo, 12 mo
- Toddlers: 15, 18, 24, 30 months
- Children & Teens: once a year

What vaccines does my child need?
We follow the AAP immunization schedules to keep your child safe and healthy.

When should I call the pediatrician?
Call if your child has a fever, unusual rash, difficulty breathing, persistent vomiting, or lethargy, or if you’re simply unsure — we’re here to help.

Do you offer parenting or nutrition guidance?
Yes, our pediatricians discuss nutrition, growth milestones, sleep, and behavior at each visit and offer personalized guidance.
